Delete order

If you don’t want to accept the order you can delete the order without entering your sales order number.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Press Delete order;
  
  
• Press   Save changes. 
  
  

Result

Order status shows = Order is deleted

Delete order line

If you don’t want to accept the order line you can delete the order line.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Select the order line ; 
  
  
• Press Delete line;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
  
  
• Press   Save changes. 

Result 

Order status shown = Order line is deleted
