Add order line

You can add a product to the order or a replacement product (delete line and add a new one).

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  

• Press Add line;
  
  

• Enter item number, item description, quantity, scheduled delivery date and amount;
  
  

NOTE: The item description will be added automatically if the product is known in the Onetrail Product Data Store.

• Press  Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows = Line is added 

Split order line

You can partial ship an order or cancel a part of the order by splitting an order line.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Select the order line ;
  
  
• Press split line;
  
  
• Enter the quantity to be split in either left or right window, scheduled date and amount if required;
  
  
• If required, you can also put one of the split lines on-hold or delete it;
  
  
• Press  Save changes.

Result

Order status shows = Line is changed
