Production Migration to AWS happening this weekend July 12th-13th
We are happy to inform you that the migration of our production environment to AWS will take place this weekend, during the previously communicated timeframe:
Confirmed Cut-over Window
- Start: Saturday, July 12 at 07:00
- End: Sunday, July 13 at 22:00 (latest)
During this window, the platform will be unavailable, and no product or order data processing will be possible.
Please note:
- Public IP addresses and DNS will remain unchanged
- No firewall changes are required on your side
We have thoroughly prepared for this transition, including a full test migration, and will be closely monitoring the process throughout the weekend. Barring any unforeseen issues, the platform will be fully operational again by the end of the day on Sunday.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION
To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.
Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.
During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
