Match the unmatched records of your product data file.

Your buyer wants to be able to view the product data of all his suppliers in a categorized way. Therefore we use the default values for the following columns in which unmatched records may appear:

  • Brands;
  • Classifications;
  • VAT Codes;
  • UOM.

See the content overview for the used brands, UNSPSC and product groups.

Onetrail uses de UNSPSC standard for it's classification. An overview can be found here. From this list you have to pick the UNSPSC used codes V.10.

Yes, that's possible. Watch the tutorial explaining how to do this.

Yes, that's possible. See here the explanation of how to do this.

As long as new items have the same brand, belong to the same classification, have the same VAT codes or UOM as your previously product file, you don't need to match new records.

The Product Manager archives previously made matches in a translation table and automatically applies them to new products.

You still have to match new brands, classifications, VAT codes or UOM's.

Rejected lines are due to errors in your product data file; wrong characters, too many positions, spaces, etc. etc.

When you get rejected lines, you should correct these errors in your product data file and upload your corrected file again.

The right data, example notation and additional information can be found in the Product Manager - Product data file guidelines

You get conversion failures because some of your brands, classifications, VAT Codes or UOM Codes still have to be matched. See here the explanation of how to do this.
