Welcome to the Dustin Connect page.

Guide on how we build your Dustin connection via Onetrail.

Dustin has chosen to partner with Onetrail to connect all suppliers product data into the Dustin webstore. Onetrail has over twenty years of experience in product data integration and will help you connect to Dustin.

We offer three options to connect to the Onetrail platform for Dustin. Here is a brief overview of the requirements for you, so that you can go for the option best in line with your technical and operational possibilities.

Option 1: Product Manager Standard with sFTP upload;

To make your Dustin connection work based on this subscription you need to able to perform the following steps:

Step 1: Your product data file

For this, you can use the Onetrail template file or your own Product data file:

When you want to use your own product data file the following requirements apply:
    - Supported file formats are Excel (XLSX) and CSV
    - We apply a maximum file size. Please make sure your file size does not exceed 2.5 MB
    - The maximum amount of products in the file may not exceed 20.000 items
    - CSV files need to have an exclusive separator. For example, you use a comma as a separator, then you can’t use comma’s in your product descriptions
    - You need to be able to provide the mandatory fields as documented here: Product Data fields explained
    - Different field types will be validated:
            · Date fields need to have a valid date
            · Price fields need to have a valid amount with a maximum of 4 decimals
            · GTIN (EAN) product codes, if used, need to be valid
            · SKU’s, Manufacturer part numbers and GTIN’s needs to be unique in your file, so may only exist once
    - If one of the above is not correct, the data won’t be processed and you need to be able to fix it

Step 2: Matching of columns
Perform a mapping between your fields and the Onetrail fields in our online portal.

Step 3: Matching of records

Perform a mapping of your product groups and brands to the Onetrail product groups and brands in our online portal.

Step 4: Provide a 100

    5. You can now start uploading your data via sFTP frequently. A processing report will inform you about the outcome and if you need to take manual action in our online portal, i.e. mapping a new used product group.

  • Option 2: Product Manager Comfort;
  • Option 3: Product Manager Premium.

Option 1: Product Manager Standard with sFTP upload

Requirements own product data file:

Pre-check for your own product data file

If you are having doubts about the correctness of your own product data file and the ability of your IT-system to deliver the right data, you can choose to do a pre-check.

With this pre-check our customer care will check your file for the above requirements and deliver you a report with the outcome and advice on how to solve the mismatches. Based on this report you will be able to assess whether you meet the criteria of option 1.

For this pre-check advice, you will be charged € 280,00.

Option 2: Product Manager Comfort

Onetrail is taking care of the following Product Management workflows:

  • Mapping all the fields and maintaining this after each upload
  • Reporting possible product issue’s i.e. empty fields (Onetrail never changes data)
  • Mapping brands and adding new brand names if necessary
  • Product classification maintenance for current and future product groups

Process steps:

1. You send your product data file to our customer care for a pre-check (included in the price).

2. Onetrail takes care of matching and processing the data to the desired format.

3. If everything is right, you can start uploading your product data via sFTP. Onetrail will take care of the rest.

  • Any file format is supported, as long as it’s structured
  • Your products need to have an internal product group and brand that can be used for classification by Onetrail
