Put

order on

hold

You can put an order on-hold to sort out price differences, check delivery-date with your supplier or any other thing that takes some time.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Enter your Sales Order Number;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
   
• Press Press  Save changes. 
  
  

Result 

Order status shows = Line is on - hold

After Instead of putting the whole order on - hold, you have to release the order to perform the required changes or confirmationcan also put one order line on-hold and confirm the other order lines.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  Go to
  
• Select the order with the on-hold status Image Removed;
  Select Image Removed Release order;
  Apply the changes to the order or save directly without changes;
  line Image Added;
  
  
• Press Image Added on hold line;
  
  
• Enter the reason;
  
  
• PressPress   Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows  Image Removed= Line confirmed without changes
