MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Regular maintenance:

 
The maintenance window of Monday the 4th of July will be postponed until the 3rd Monday of the month,  the 18th of July. 

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform a system restart every two weeks on Monday evening (starting from Monday 16th March 2026).

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on the third Monday of each month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

Scheduled maintenance
As you know we are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with the recommended software patches. 
To be more predictable and even more in line with the latest patches we have decided to install the OS patches once a month on all environments. The production environment will be updated every third Monday of the month. 

Patching usually requires more downtime, the extended maintenance time is planned from 19:00 – 23:00 CET. 

During this update, we will shut down the entire platform including the high available services.

During this timeframe you may encounter problems using our services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
