AWS Production Migration Completed

We’re happy to inform you that the migration of our production environment to AWS was completed successfully.

The platform was brought back online in stages Sunday July 13th starting at 14:30, and we have been closely monitoring traffic and system behavior since then.

Tomorrow morning, we will review and reprocess any traffic that may have failed during the migration window.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

IN SHORT: Details about upcoming maintenance window:

  • The maintenance window of Monday the 28th will be extended until 23:00 hours. 

Dear customer, 

We are updating the TPN platform on a regular base with the recommended software patches.
Based on the time we spent on the acceptance environment we calculate a longer downtime for patching the production environment. This will take place:

Monday the 28th of March from 19:30 – 23:00 CET.

To ensure our platform remains secure and up to date, we perform regular system restarts every Monday evening.

Please note that during these restarts, brief downtime may occur between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.

In addition, on every third Monday of the month, we carry out system patching.

During this maintenance window, the platform will be unavailable between 18:30 and 23:00 CET.
