Confirm order without changes

You can deliver the products at the requested delivery date for the given price.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Enter your Sales Order Number;
  
  
• Press  Save changes.

status shows Image Added= Line confirmed without changes

Confirm order with changes

You can’t deliver the products at the requested delivery date for the given price.

• Go to the your order detail screen with the actual purchase order details;
  
  
• Enter your Sales Order Number;
  
  
• Update the order lines with the adjusted delivery date or price;
  
  
• Press  Image Added Save changes. 

Result

Order status shows  Image Added = Line is confirmed with changes
