We are happy to inform you that the migration of our production environment to AWS will take place this weekend, during the previously communicated timeframe:
Confirmed Cut-over Window
- Start: Saturday, July 12 at 07:00
- End: Sunday, July 13 at 22:00 (latest)
During this window, the platform will be unavailable, and no product or order data processing will be possible.
Please note:
- Public IP addresses and DNS will remain unchanged
- No firewall changes are required on your side

The platform was brought back online in stages Sunday July 13th starting at 14:30, and we have been closely monitoring traffic and system behavior since then.
Tomorrow morning, we will review and reprocess any traffic that may have failed during the migration windowWe have thoroughly prepared for this transition, including a full test migration, and will be closely monitoring the process throughout the weekend. Barring any unforeseen issues, the platform will be fully operational again by the end of the day on Sunday.
