Onetrail AS2 Production and Acceptance Certificate Renewal - Monday November 17th, 11:00 CET

We hereby inform you about the upcoming renewal of the Onetrail AS2 certificate on Production and Acceptance (Test).

Our certificate supporting Onetrail TPN services will expire on November 23^rd, 2025.

• The change for our Production AND Acceptance environment will take place on Monday November 17^th, 11:00 CET

Users of this certificate are required to update!

The AS2 update is a coordinated action which needs a check on our side to make sure that the update is successful.

IN SHORT: Update: The restart of our Onetrail platform is complete and we are checking our systems.

Dear customer,

We have restarted all Onetrail services in the platform and everything is now up and running.

At first glance everything is running correctly, however we are continuing to monitor all services and processes one by one to make sure.

All messages are still being processed in the order that they were received, so there may still be some delays experienced until later this afternoon.

If are still experiencing any issues, please let us know. 

IN SHORT: Reduced staff during upcoming holidays. Onetrail system restart will occur on December 26^th and January 2^nd – TUESDAY evening instead of MONDAY evening.
 

Dear customer,

We will be working with a reduced staff due to the upcoming holidays from Monday the 25^th of December until Tuesday January 2^nd.

This may cause some delay in receiving a response from support.

Due to Christmas and New Year’s both falling on Monday, we have changed our scheduled system maintenance for the following days respectively:

December 26^th
January 2^nd

This is just normal maintenance that is being rescheduled, no action is needed on your end.
