UPDATE: We are experiencing issues with our The Onetrail platform/server. This is caused by an issue in our database after an update on our server’s Operation System.Server service interruption has been resolved.
Dear customer,
We are experiencing issues with our Onetrail Platform/Server. You may experience delay in message processing since 16/01 9:46 caused by an issue in our database after an update on our server’s Operating System that is preventing messages being processed.
You might encounter problems with sending and receiving messages (orders, invoices, etc).
We are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT Resend your messages until this is resolved.
The Onetrail platform/Server service interruption has been resolved.
All systems are available again. The issue was resolved by a restart to restore the database. We will be investigating internally to prevent this from reoccurring.
We will check for any failed messages from this morning that can be reprocessed on our end.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. No further updates will be sentWe will provide you with more details as quickly as possible.
